Our client provides families with a more thoughtful and coordinated approach to managing the wealth they have worked hard to build. The firm focuses on helping individuals address key elements of retirement security, including risk management, income planning, tax strategy, downside protection and legacy design.
Responsibilities
· Meet with qualified, firm-generated prospects (in-person and virtual) to understand their situation, educate them, and present clear, actionable planning recommendations.
· Maintain at least a 20%+ closing ratio on qualified appointments over time.
· Deliver holistic advice across investments, insurance, retirement income planning, and tax-aware strategies, using both AUM and insurance-based tools (annuities, life insurance, etc.) when appropriate.
· Build and maintain long-term client relationships through review meetings, proactive check-ins, and timely follow-up.
· Use our CRM and planning tools to document meetings, track pipeline, manage follow-ups, and coordinate with our internal team.
· Collaborate with operations, planning support, and marketing to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience.
· Participate in regular training, coaching, and role-plays to continually improve communication, closing skills, and technical competence.
Requirements
• 3–7 years of experience as a client-facing financial advisor or planner working directly with clients.
• Active Series 65 or 66 (or clear path and willingness to obtain within a defined time frame).
• Demonstrated track record of success, including a historical closing ratio of at least roughly 20% from firm-provided or qualified leads, and evidence of revenue/production growth over time.
