Key Responsibilities:
- Detailed client management, answering and responding to client inquiries and account requestes. Scheduling client meetings nad keeping CRM updated with relevant notes and accurate personal information.
- Process new account documents, account transfers, beneficiary updates, money movement processing, investment buys and sells and tracking and handle all mail (FedEx, USPS, UPS, etc.).
- General maintenance of client electronic and papaer files
- Maintain records to ensure compliance with firm and regulatory standards.
- Create and update required minimum distributions spreadsheet for annual compliance.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of client service experience in wealth management or financial advising
- Active Series 7 and 66/65 licenses preferred or willing to obtain within 6 months
- Highly relational, organized, and able to follow processes and improve on them
- Strong computer skills, proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM.
