Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and deepen relationships within an existing book, including running client review meetings.
- Take the lead on firm acquired, new client relationships as they move through the client onboarding process.
- Build financial plans, prepare meeting materials and ensure smooth follow-up.
- Respond to client questions and requests in a friendly, timely and professional manner.
- Assist business owners and their employees understand their retirement benefits.
- Support implementation of Business Transition & Exit Planning System tools.
- Participate in client appreciation events throughout the year.
- Work with team to achieve firm's goals.
Ideal Candidate:
- Active Series 65 or willing to obtain
- Bachelor's degree required
- CFP designation or willingness to pursue
- 2+ years of experience in wealth management, financial advising or planning
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and comfortable in client presentations, review meetings and investment discussions.
- Strong computer skills, comfortable with technology and open to learning new tools.
